Pretty diasppointed that my mothers funeral director had to let us know before the funeral that Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company contacted them to tell them her $4000 Death Benefit would only pay out $3960.37 due to current premium amount of $42.92 due.
Especially when she had been paying the monthly premiums for over 9 years, which equates to over $4600 that she had previously paid toward her $4000 benefit.
Very disappointing.
