If you want immediate attention, arrive in an ambulance!! I walked into the ER, waited 5 hours, walked out. I arrived in an ambulance and received immediate attention!! The doctor(s) were prepared and waiting for me in the ER thanks to the SUPERIOR COMMUNICATIONS between the paramedics and Bayhealth staff. As for rest of my stay, it was pleasant..All nurses and staff in my unit, on my floor, were extremely kind, thoughtful, and definitely knew their craft. And I give praise as they saved my life...literally...massive coronary. If I hadn't arrived in an ambulance would it all have gone so well??? I tend to think yes and hope I am right...
