Worst day ever! I purchased tickets online. Had to park a long way from the front gate. Went through the gates and didn't get any bracelets. Got to the water park and couldn't get any drinks because we didn't have bracelets. We were told we would have to go back to the front of the park and get our bracelets. We were tired and hot. We were ready to leave after all the walking that was unnecessary. We got back to the front of the park and asked if we could get a refund. They said they don't give refunds. We finally got tickets for another day, but they only gave us five tickets and there were six of us. We left and won't ever return.
