Buy an HP Notebook in a combo with a sleeve. Request withdrawal by post office and as I expected the cover well thank you. After asking me to send "photos of the packaging", a ridiculous requirement if the box is open to see what is inside, they told me that I was right and that they were sending it to me. This from 4/11 today 2/5 I still wait for it. I really do not recommend this platform. The customer service center offers neither solutions nor serious answers. I recommend Mercado Libre, Dafiti or those of the same shops for Online purchases since these people are not serious at all, avoid disappointments.
