I was very excited to arrive in Deep Creek with 7 ...

I was very excited to arrive in Deep Creek with 7 of my closest friends for a relaxed weekend, until I opened the lock box and there was no key. Not a big deal, I called the rental office and the woman apologized and said they would send someone right over with the key and my gift bag (which I was supposed to pick up sometime during my stay). After being unable to enter the house and waiting for the key for about 15 minutes I got a call from a number I didn't recognize. It was a different woman from the rental office who asked me to come to the rental office to pick up the key and "check in." I said "I was told someone was leaving right away with our key and that we can check in remotely." Her response was "well since we are only a couple miles away I figured this would be easier." I told her I would have had the key by now if they had left when they said they were going to and since it was their error I don't see why I should be inconvenienced. She got an attitude and basically hung up on me. After I waited an additional half hour with no one showing up, I called again to make sure they were on their way. The man who answered said he didn't think anyone had left, but he would leave right away. About 20 minutes later a woman showed up with my key and gift bag... no apology, just basically tossed the key at me and drove off. I will never give this company my money ever again.
