When we first arrived our two room were not ready....
When we first arrived our two room were not ready. We arrived at 3:00. We waited for 1 hr. Then one room was ready and all 5 of us went to that room. We were so tired from our flight. They said they would call us and let us know when the other room was ready. They never call so I went down to ask if it was ready. Yes it was. The phone did not work in one room and the TV was not plugged in. I ask why our rooms were not ready since I had spoken with them about the time that was ok to arrived the week before. Never really got an answer. The one thing that got me was when one of the housekeeping ladies say that they wash the cup in the bathroom sink . I had ask them to come and pick up and replace the dirty cup and towels and to bring some toilet paper. She said don't you want me to wash the cups? I was yes, then she said "Oh in the washing machime? " This was for a room with 4 people. The girl in the front desk was very helpful and nice. The Older lady at breakfast was very nice.
When leaving early in the morning (6:00) We said good bye , but the man ignored us and did not say anything.
I must say the hotel is in a good location. The Hotel needs to check out their housekeeping ladies, I feel the Hotel ready does not know what kind of work these ladies are doing. Also when getting out of the elevator, cleaning things and the vacuum cleaner was in the door way of the elevator, so you have to stept over it.
I hope this all will change, because it is a nice hotel.
