This hotel is insecure and uncaring. we arrived and our luggage was taken into the custody of the porter who delivered it to a location of his choice, directly behind us at the reception desk. From where it was STOLEN BY THEIVES appearing as guests who simply wheeled out our suitcase through the dining room terrace. All this appearing on the hotel's CCTV. What was as concerning was the INDIFFERENCE AND UNCARING attitude of the hotel staff to this calamity. No offers of a cup of coffer or replacement toiletries. no direct contact from the Hotel Manager. The Belgian police were almost as supercilious and uncaring.

I am a former Justice of the Supreme Courts of Victoria, Australia. The Bahamas and Belize. Never in nearly forty years of adjudicating upon convicted felons have I encountered such lack of contrition or remorse for a crime committed on premises. Do not patronize this hotel. The Hon.
