Big Daddy's is right around the corner from our home. We've been going since 1996 but will no longer visit. Like clockwork, we order a take out every saturday; I sit at the bar while waiting for the food. Too many times, the food is ready and brought to the bar, only to be left behind the counter. the bartenders are so busy that they do not even notice, until I ask for the order. I have left multiple times with cold food (and very small portions compared with the actual dine-in customers'). Why is it that when someone orders at the bar to eat there they get their food brought to them straight from the preparation stations while those who are AT THE BAR order a takeout and are treated differently? We have taken our business to Bonefish Mac and although it is a bit of drive, I have not been disappointed in the food or the service. And no, I will not write to guestservices so you can hide the issue. Btw, my neighbor also has stopped ordering from Flanigan's.
