The hotel did not like it, we were there from December 23 to January 5 to celebrate Christmas and New Year. The food is not tasty, the whole family was poisoned, it was very cold, the hotel was boring even for our parents! The animation sabotaged the hotel for cuts in their salaries, so tourists were ignored! The animators themselves are mostly Ukrainians and Russians openly admit that they are not going to strain for pennies! Actually, it was not our problems, we then paid for this hotel is not pennies! Half of the hotel was closed, although the travel agency had no words about it! Holidays were very poor and unorganized. What annoyed me to horror was the fact that it was possible to smoke in the entire hotel, it smelled everywhere, in the evening when it was cold everyone gathered in the lobby, where by the way it was also terribly cold and smoked, smoked, smoked! It was possible to escape from the stench only in the room! I was always sick of this smelly smoke! Every day I had to wash all my clothes completely, because everything smelled like cigarettes, hair, skin, clothes! The mini club ignored our child for the rest, only after my complaint to the manager, they began to greet and smile with us)))! It was the worst holiday and the New Year in our life, after which we decided that we were no longer in Egypt! And in the steigenberger too! Led by the German name, they thought there would be a German level of service and a decent hotel, but it was a complete disappointment! I do not advise anyone!
