When we first arrived at the Outcry Concert we ask...

When we first arrived at the Outcry Concert we asked if there were any additional handicap seating available so my wife and daughter's boyfriend could sit with us in the handicap section during the concert instead of general seating.

Guest services called an Usher Captain to speak with us. He immediately said that they were 100% sold out in the handicap sections throughout the entire Colosseum. That was 100% a lie. Later that evening, 2 people were led into the handicap section we were in at 8:35pm from section 223. The concert started at 7:00pm. 4 seats stayed vacant until 8:35pm. The two people told me they asked to be moved and had not purchased handicap seating. Then at 9:35pm the ushers brought 2 more people to that section (who truly needed handicap seating).

What a terrible way to represent the City of Greensboro. Shame on you for lying..... I spoke with another Usher Captain at 9:45pm to complain and she apologized and stated that the first Usher Captain should have called the box office and checked availability. She apologized. (Kudos to that one!!!!)

I will call in the morning to file a formal complaint. I wonder if the Supervisor will even do anything. I'm from out of town, so I bet I don't matter to them. They got my money and the other 20 people that came with me.
