Disastrous. They repeatedly sent me document letters from here intimidating me to pay a debt that I did not have under threat of informing me in the VERAZ. They tell you how much you communicate they issue your free debt but they still intimidate you by mail. They should invest in a system that better manages the data ... Or minimally that employees cross over the desk and pass the information or at least communicate with each other! Such a company for such bad management. Regrettable
