the neck arrived intact, but the product had an evident dent. the procedure for the return is quite cumbersome, I send photos etc .... Also for the return I am still waiting for the courier, and as long as they do not receive the return they do not send the new one.
With another supplier, the next day I had the replacement product, even before I sent the return.
7 days have now passed and I will have to wait at least 10 more before having the product. (which I paid)
