I spent well over an hour chatting with their staff yesterday about a gun I am building and they were helpful and polite. Furthermore when you call, you get a real person, in the past when I have called Silver Bullet they don't answer or you get a taped message. I can't say enough about the staff and how willing they are to help you. They create an environment that encourages you to stay and be comfortable. No, I don't work there, No I don't personally know anyone there and No, I was not encouraged to write a post. I simply have found an awesome place to support my hobby. (Until my wife reads this.)
