Over the years, I have had both positive and negative experiences with Usc credit union. Their customer service could be improved as it sometimes takes a while to get a response to my inquiries. On the other hand, their website is user-friendly and the mobile app is convenient to manage my accounts on the go. Overall, I would say my experience has been average.
