Addendum - Comment from the medical supply store this morning: Of course Juzo also offers better quality, but this is not financed by the health insurance company. Well, if I had been told straight away that the 'cash stuff' was no good, I would have saved myself - and you - the trouble and paid for it straight away. If you buy cheap, you pay twice. I will communicate that to the health insurance company, because it has the damage.
And, one more piece of advice regarding customer satisfaction: If this is important to you - which I have no doubt about - then you should answer a personal cover letter personally and within a set deadline, because it is certainly not my style to do such things via GOOGLE Maps to regulate.
