TERRIBLE. If you own a business, like I do, order from somewhere else. Parts delay to ship and when they finally do arrive--they're broken. Called customer service and refused my return because I didn't sign off on the delivery. Someone who doesn't even work for me signed off and Rock Auto accepted it! But they didn't care. Also, they expect for you to open up all packages, hold up the freight company, stop everything you're doing and throughly inspect for damages. If you don't and you find damages later, then guess what? DENIED. Will never order from this company. There are much better, QUALITY, auto part vendors elsewhere.
