Was...ok. we came 20 yrs ago with our kids now we went with our grandsons aged 5 and 3. It was sold out and quite a bit of queuing.
apart from the 4D ride and car ride the children didn't understand it. The guy giving the talk at the beginning on the lane was too quiet and could not be heard over the kids. He spoke too quickly and told a story too complicated for toddlers. The same with the displays. Considering most had young children with them the kids didn't understand the terminology. Years ago you could taste more, like the taste of the original ingredients the cocoa and chillies smelt the beans and sample chocolate straight off the belt. You learnt nothing about the origins in the jungle. Displays are too quiet and too technical for kiddies to appreciate the history.
