We booked A premier suite with pool and Panderman mountain view hoping that we could enjoy not only the room but the view. What we got was: partial pool view aaaand a PROMISE of a PEEK of Arjuna mountain (not Panderman as it advertised, mind you). Just the tip of the mountain on a non-cloudy, non-rainy day. Since it was cloudy, we couldn't see any, btw. They tried to offer us different room on the same level with no better view. Well, at least they tried. All in all, so not worth the price.

Oh, also, you cannot order neither gofood nor grabfood from the hotel. You gotta hand-carry it or order from the hotel restaurant.
