This museum should be a must-see for any tourist in Oslo with even the slightest hint of an interest for the fine arts. All of Norway's most treasured painters, are here (except most of Edward Much, that's a different museum).

Layout is easy, pricing fair, and the staff friendly. Expect to spend at least 2 hours, and feel free to spend twice that if you really want to soak it in.

A must-see, and placed right smack in the middle of Oslo, just off Karl Johan.
