Sadly I have to say, after having spent many lira in this store. The customer service here is awful... I simply needed to exchange a dangerously damaged product...An Electric Socket with a damaged insulator...And all I got was rude abuse, as if it was my fault the item was defective.. Simply I will always take my Lira somewhere else!!
