Terrible.

Terrible.
I do not know if it is their fault or the manufacturer of the phone itself, but I brought a Motorola X Play at this center on February 4 for a repair under warranty, and after a month, I'm still waiting for you to come back and you don't have no news about it, although I was guaranteed that the estimated time for the repair would be 10 working days.
Furthermore, there does not seem to be any interest from the staff for this case, despite having urged them to get information from the house for this delay.
