Getting through to Direct Asia Customer Service on...

Getting through to Direct Asia Customer Service on the hotline was not a smooth process - it took 4 attempts. The first time, I was left on hold for 10 minutes and eventually gave up. When I did get through on my 3rd attempt, I was informed someone would call me back. No one did. The next day, I called again. Thankfully my query was eventually resolved. I'm not sure if service team is under-staffed , but it's not very reassuring that my insurer (which is supposed to be a company I need to rely on during an emergency) is not easy to get through to.
