My sales person, Matt, stuck with me through three transactions until I got the car that I am happy with. There were a few bumps with the multiple transactions and the different people that needed to handle the different details. I understand that there are procedures and policies that need to be followed and that the sales person does not always have control over them. He was able to locate misplaced 2nd key for the car that I bought and service department was able to get the door code which was promised to me. My sales person answered my text messages even when he was not working. Bottom line buying a car can be a learning experience. Next time your in the market stop at Griffin Ford and ask for Matt, his service will not stop until you drive away happy.
