Working with Marcello was truly such a pleasure. Having been in customer service myself for many years, I have high expectations and he truly surpassed them. Heading into a warranty repair, I was prepared to have to advocate for myself to have it covered. Not only was it covered thanks to his expertise and diligence, but I was in and out of the service department quickly at both drop off an pick up (something that is SO important to me as a working mother). They even supplied a loaner at no cost, which took immense pressure off of the situation and allowed the technicians time to do the work. Thank you, thank you to Marcello and the team. You have absolutely changed my perceptions of dealership service for the better. I wouldn't hesitate to share this wonderful experience with others.
