I went into Kaiser Redwood City today for a blood draw. The experience was horrible! The Chinese lady that performed the task was absolutely brutal. I have never experienced this type of pain on a simple blood draw. Just when I was beginning to get used to the constant poking, I encountered this awful experience.
She should be retrained or fired! I don t usually ever complain. This is NOT an exaggeration.
