Update 11/06/2020: I still like Justworks. They made changes this year to make health-care renewals easier. However, they eliminated the personal account rep. Help is available 24/7, but I no longer have one person to whom I can reach out when I have a question. It takes longer to receive an email response (partly because of the pandemic...understandable!), and one person I spoke with over the phone didn't seem to understand what I was requesting. I had to explain several times.

Original review 10/11/2018: Justworks makes things easy, and our account rep is really helpful when I have questions. The insurance renewal process was easy to get through. And, the additional benefits are great. I like that they listen to customer feedback.
