I had some difficulty when first booking to get the blocked rooms our company reserved. Very disappointed. However, after a few days we finally compromised and I was just glad to stay where our conference was. From the moment I got there I was pleased, till the moment I left. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN!! The atmosphere is lovely, yes simple, but lovely. We had a Great conference and the whole staff at the Penn Stater was Amazing. I Highly recommend and would enjoy staying there again
