I was told one price than was told someone in their department messed up and gave me a higher price. I fell for the sales pitch and agreed to the higher cost. I do not know what I was thinking I guess I thought the person/company had my best interest. I feel as though I should have gotten the first quote with the additional panels. So listen and think about what their selling. As for the installation Green Solar was on top of getting everything done. So I would have given 5 stars if I felt I was not taken advantage of........Update spoke to a rep after my post went up. Lady seemed a little agitated but ok, I then said that I do not think I received the Veteran discount, Rep said "I will look into this and get back to you". It has now been almost a month and I have not heard anything. As I thought about this conversation and what happened during the initial purchase, I know remember the sale person constantly referencing the federal 30% tax rebate that I was going to get so the $30,000 would be mor like $20,000 after I get the tax rebate on if I didn't use all 30% then I could use the rest next year.....Well I did not get any taxes back, I do not have enough taxes to get back. I medically retired from Active duty after 11 years of service so I great state Pennsylvania Grant's me no property taxes for 5 years. So talk with your tax people to ensure you can receive this rebate.
