As far as the property goes, the property is fine thankfully we had just moved in after its renovation. However my experience with the Bradley has been horrible any time something needed to be resolved.
On the first occasion I had gotten bedbugs shortly after moving into the property. Upon requesting a copy of the exterminator's evaluation of the property I was lied to by the property manager at the time that there was even an evaluation. Upon speaking to the broker he was rude, interrupted even though I was being polite and he wanted me to pay half even though they could have waived any liability if they had just had someone do an inspection prior to the move in. I ended up eradicating the bedbugs myself. Very unprofessional experience interrupting the customer when I was being polite during our conversation.
Second occasion was after attempting to get an answer from the new property manager, Celeste, as to why she was texting me about my lease instead of making calls and sending emails, I caught her in a lie when she said she had no idea as to why I was receiving text messages even though it was from her. Then after saying she's not going to argue, even though no voices were raised from either of us, she closed the door in my face. After proceeding to leave the building and trying to call she would answer and leave me on speaker. It was through one of these calls where I heard her talk about me to her coworkers saying things that have false negative connotations about the upkeep of our apartment and false statements saying she had requested for us to remove some targets we had taken out to the range and were proud of our results so we made them visible from the drive way. Couldn't speak about whether the lease will be renewed or not or some other questions I had due to Celeste being uncooperative and extremely rude! Shutting the door in my face, that is ridiculous.

If you have a property managed here, just know they are very very unprofessional, I would not recommend them to manage any properties to anyone looking.
