This is a fabulous charity which rescues abused and neglected monkeys from the pet trade. It is a highly educational but interesting centre, and there are always several keepers around giving talks on the monkeys themselves and the primate pet trade. It is a truly unique experience; it is not a petting zoo, so don't expect to be able to cuddle the monkeys. However, it is a meaningful trip which I would highly recommend. Everyone is very helpful and informative there, and it is not a budget breaker. The food in the cafe is also very well made.
