Our family has been with Allen Insurance Agency for 8 years. Shannon has been my agent from the beginning. She has never been anything other than kind, helpful, responsible and efficient! We currently have 3 cars and our home with the agency. Throughout our 8 years we ve bought, traded and sold cars many many times, without ever having as much as a hiccup! What I love about this place is that they treat you like family. If my agent isn t in, another agent pics up and steps right in! They make my insurance needs seamless and I would recommend them to anyone looking!
