Not only did I hear back from SM immediately, it was great warmth and enthusiasm unparalleled by the others. My contact, AJ, is thoughtful and quick to respond to any questions I have. What's more, he asks about other aspects of my life when we meet. The result of this care at SM is that a candidate feels like a person and not a file. Everyone I've met at this family business has the same level of generosity from the wholly welcoming Faye to Alona, who went to great lengths to ensure I received important documents after work hours.
