This has to be the absolute worst airline that is operational anywhere on the planet. Sure, a flight can become delayed from time to time. It is when your flight is delayed from it's original departure time of 1230am and reassigned to 745am the following day that temperature can rise. They worked that issue out but when a company as large as this one has absoluetly zero rational sense to make sure the 50+ people who need to travel from Europe to North America and must catch a connecting flight are given any sort of information during a lay over. Air Transat, who ever handles the operational management needs reprimand. Your day to day employees show a great lack of customer service skills. Your on phone customer service representives do no care to assist your clients.
