It was a good lifeguard experience to work for company like High Sierra Pools. If you're responsible and doing your job well, they will treat you well. As far as I know, they are the only pool company that pays for overtimes to international lifeguards and trust me, it's a good money. If you are interested in working for this company, especially ask for Katarina Sturanovic. She's amazing supervisor, always picks up her phone and she's willing to solve all the problems you have at work. Of course HSP also has some cons too, but I feel like pros are up top.
