I became a member of Tribe in July and could not recommend it enough. I have a high pressured job and was in a cycle of working all day then undertaking HIIT workouts and lots of running. I was constantly ill and stressed. I had previously done yoga and knew my body and mind were very responsive to it. Since becoming a member, I attend around 3-4 flow classes a week. I feel so physically strong and my stress has been so well controlled. The teachers at Tribe are absolutely amazing. I have enjoyed every class I have been to. I would highly recommend the classes of Sam, Sarah and Peach (I have been attending their classes and due to try some new teachers this month). If able try one of Peach's Gentle Flow classes, I come out of that class so happy. Her teaching style in that class really triggers me to reach a happy place in my mind. Her playlists in that class are my vibe and help me really focus on my breath while briefly acknowledging all the noise in my head! I keep wanting to ask her if she's on Spotify, haha. I need these playlists! Thanks Tribe.
