You pay for a "full year" of service. Yet the club...

You pay for a "full year" of service. Yet the club is closed WEEKLY on numerous occasions. Unacceptable. If your information states you are paying for a year, I expect to get what I paid for. Holidays are understandable for closure, but a full week for no reason?? Just bad service. Who ever owns this place needs to change their rates or change their information.
