Newark airport seems to making progress to create a more welcoming and convenient traveling experience. LAX is much worse. So is JFK and LaGuardia.... but when airport like Atlanta are just as busy but cleaner and more "experience" oriented, there leave A LOT of room for improvement.
The restaurant situation in Newark is average, there is a lot left to make it better. I'm sure with the millions who pass through, amenities like a gym would be awesome, a foodless lounge for people who don't pay hundreds to a club, a faster TSA experience without payments.
