This company has had temporary traffic lights outs...

This company has had temporary traffic lights outside my house for several weeks now and there has been nothing but problems, sometimes daily. The lights get stuck on red and then it takes several phone calls and hours for them to fix the issue, on occasion the same issue has happened within minutes of one of their staff being there and then leaving!!
