I went here last night with extreme abdominal pain...

I went here last night with extreme abdominal pain....like going into shock, vomiting, shaking...terrified because it happened in ten minutes. They got me in so fast, put my iv in right away so I didn't have to wait when I was seen. When I was waiting and shaking they came from behind the window to check on me.

They were great. The nurses were wonderful, helped me breath and calm down when I was in so much pain I couldn't stand up. They were calm and friendly but not so much that it sacrificed efficiency. The doctor was fast and thought she knew what it was but checked other possibilities based on my medical history. I right away was taken in for an ultrasound and CT scan and given pain killers. Everyone was suited up (covid) and cleaned without making you feel like you were in a zombie movie.

They took such good care of me even when i was a wreck. They checked on me and the techs were friendly to me and to eachother, explaining what they were doing. It turns out it was a kidneystone and they walked me through it. And kept me to make sure my pain was all the way down, switching my medication based on my needs. Because right now no one is allowed to stay with you they talked me through and comforted me so much. When they weren't in the room I like to listen and the last er I went to they were snapping and yelling at eachother. Not these guys though. They clearly wanted to be there with eachother helping us. Which is what you want to hear.

They were great. I am so happy they are in my network now.
