I had a unique service request requiring use of GM s Tech 2 (scan tool) to reprogram a function on my car. After speaking to several other dealers I was losing hope that I could find someone competent enough to understand what I was asking for. I gave it one more shot and called Ray Dennison. Allen in the service department knew exactly what I was talking about and took care of me the same day. Thanks Allen!
