My father was in emerg for 32 hours in the hallway...

My father was in emerg for 32 hours in the hallway before he was moved up to the 4th floor. Once there we discovered he was not even in a room, it was another hallway where it was a thoroughfare for another room. He is almost 89 years old, he was tired and scared.
Thankfully the nurses on the 4th floor were more accommodating.
