I have very mixed feelings toward Accolade. Whenever I called or visited in person, they were quite nice to me, though because I worked full time Mon-Fri, most of my interactions were via email. I received several replies in which the employee had clearly not read through the email and did not take the time to answer my questions. The tone of these emails made me feel as though, because I was living near the college, I must be an irresponsible college student renting for the first time (frustrating because I have rented from several landlords and have a great record with them). I'm pretty low-maintenance, but when dealing with professionals I expect to be treated as one. My best interactions were with the maintenance guy, who was very nice to us and responded quickly.

My hope is that Accolade would hire more staff to keep up with needs and train them to communicate with tenants more respectfully and consistently.
