Hi almost every night there is a very strong odour...

Hi almost every night there is a very strong odour that is present and it's been going on for a few months now. I once drove near from 401 to 403 West and I could really smell it very strong over there. It is present near where I leave 403/Mavis at night time after 9 or 10pm also

I cannot tolerate this any more and I want something done about this. It smells like chemicals or candles with hint of cherry. I have confirmed it with my neighbor and he can smell it too

Please look into this or investigate
