I purchased the Schumacher power pack charger. Used it twice. I cannot get it to charge anymore and lost the cable to charge up the unit. I emailed and called, left messages with no response with regards to purchasing another charging cable. Terrible customer service. I did not look at the reviews, just thought it was a reputable company. Guessed wrong!
