This company took my bill from $58 to $96. When asked why she stated I used more...how? I do the exact same thing every month since I now know how Texas electricity work. I'm gone from 5am to 10pm...really $30 in what???? Lights off, bill paid. No past due and no one to get in contact with. Get home to a hot house with my 6 year old and a freaking puppy at 1030pm and the lights are off...all Oncor could tell me was that they get complaints from this company constantly through out the day because no one can ever reach them and that I could only wait until the company was in before I could get in touch with them to turn my lights on! One pissed off mommy. Will never give them a dime again!
