I like buying a lot at Fnac because they always have what I want, at a good price. It is always super ordered, which makes the task of finding books much easier.
The employees are very friendly and are always willing to help, although sometimes they get them crazy like me with a thousand questions.
As for the online sales service, it also works correctly, meeting deadlines.
