I just bought a business in Plano. This is supposed to be an exciting time of my life, becoming part of this new community that I hear so much about. However getting this office to assist has been a less than pleasant experience. I have now called three times to simply find out a couple of processes and they are rude and frankly they don't care. I still don't have an answer or even any help. If they don't like their job then leave it, don't treat the citizens who pay their paychecks bad. What a nice way to welcome new businesses and members to the community.
