It was my first rip to Magnussen's since the purchase of our Camry in March. Octovia Rubio facilitated our service visit and it went wonderfully. Arrived and was taken timely ( paid to have pre-scheduled ) Octovia did a good assessment of the problem. Called back with an update during the day and ensured a prompt return of our car again at the appointed hour and made sure our warranty was properly utilized. Made the right choice for purchase and service.
