This dealership unfortunately lost my trust. They pulled a "Bait and Switch" scheme on me. I was very interested in one of their CPO vehicles that was listed on their website. When called I was told the vehicle was available and i was ready to buy right then. (Turns out that the car had had a down payment on it for 3 weeks but they still had it listed on their website and told me it was available.) After getting me excited and finally finding my vehicle, they let me know that the car had a payment on it for 3 weeks? Then proceeded to immediately ask if i wanted to look at another car. I was drawn in and very excited about a beautiful car and then was immediately let down and they tried switch it on to get me to get another vehicle that was available (just trying to get a sale) which ended in disappointment. If the car is sold or has a down payment on it, please do not keep it on your website to get potential customers for that vehicle, it is very frustrating and just ends in disappointment. I'm sure they do well in their business and have a good team but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. BMW is the ultimate driving machine, it would be nice if they would consider that reputation. I do not like to be used or manipulated against my will and this was definitely the case.
