Recently purchased a 1 year old certified used Ford F-250. We negotiated out of state delivery at purchase. The truck was very late arriving because we can t find a driver . (My advice would be to find the driver before you agree to deliver). When the truck arrived the steering wheel was at a 1/4 turn to the left when driving straight. After some research I learned the truck had been wrecked. The dealer said they didn t know. It should be noted that the extent of my research was simply looking in the glove box and finding a car fax report.....but they didn t know. Then the truck wouldn t start one morning. I had it towed to a local dealer who said wow! This truck has some issues. I had the truck towed two more times when I decided to pull the plug on this vehicle. I traded it in 3 weeks after buying and of corse because of the wreck and the other issues, that Spitzer didn t know about, I lost many thousands of dollars in this short time. We have dealt with Spitzer for 35 years but times and personnel change. I would not have written this review and kept the problems to myself however I can t seem to unsubscribe from their email review request. I can only guess they want others to know of my experience.
